Activision has announced plans for a higher-end version of the standard DJ Hero package. It's called Renegade Edition, and it'll come with some different hardware. Here's the full, company-provided list.

There are no pricing details associated with the Renegade Edition, but with retailers already listing the standard edition at $119.99, it's a sound bet that this bonus version will be, you know, more than that. Any guesses? I'm going to claim $149.99 as my guess.
We also received a set of renders of the case and turntable, in case you were wondering what DJ Hero would look like if you were playing it in cyberspace. For a game that's out in around three months, you'd think there would be at least one photo of the limited edition gear suitable for printing. Oh well. I'm into the idea of getting a stand for the turntable controller, mostly because actual DJ'ing takes place at a certain height. Holding the controller in your lap seems like it'd be sort of a pain.
