I thought the NRA blamed "violent" video games? I may be wrong. Was it a blanket statement of "video games"? NRA: Practice Range looks like a non-violent game to me. It looks like a shooting range simulator. I never equated going to the range with violence, myself. I've only put shots into targets and old Magic: The Gathering cards.

Instead of blaming video games, which are in millions of homes, how about they blame lack of mental health funding. Lack or proper background/mental checks for weapons like an AR-15. Or how about how the media holds these filthy fucking nut animals that should have been aborted up like pariahs which is by far the bigger issue. This sack of shit played WoW. WoW. A game with elves and unicorns that at one time over 11 million people played. If games are to blame why aren't there 11 million other cases? Why isn't there a larger correlation between games and violence between countries like the UK or Canada, which get the same goddamn games in the first place?

I can't wait for when we can draw blood from an unborn fetus and find out if there's any abnormalities so we can abort them before birth. Fuck being PC. Sacks of shit like this cunt and the Aurora cunt should never have had the luxury to walk this planet. The fact that they were born is an abomination.

The media needs to go fuck themselves and I only wish that that asshole in Aurora, who this little prick in Newtown probably idolized after seeing his image on the television 24/7, gets dragged into the street and quartered. Or at least thrown into the proper prison population instead of isolation for his "protection" so he gets raped and murdered.

@Walreese55: Well just recently, he stepped in and convinced Mitch McConnell to help him get the fiscal cliff deal to pass. There's no way it would have gone through without him. Traditionally, a VP's only requirement is to preside over the senate. It's usually pretty hard to list major accomplishments by any VP while they hold the office. Cheney was probably the most activist VP this country's ever had and I wish he hadn't been. Bush sr. did very little I can remember as VP under Reagan, Dan Quayle was far more of a laughingstock than Biden has ever been. Even if you believe Al Gore invented the internet, it was while he was a congressman, not VP.

Maybe this means we'll get fewer shooters in the coming years!

Okay, when I was four my father took me out to the back and had me shoot a .410. Everyone on my mom's side was against this. My aunt and uncle both said they would never do what my dad did to me with a gun with their son. Now fast forward 12 years, my cousin at the age of 14 decided to go out and target practice with a be be gun. While doing so he shot out a pain glass window of the sheriff in his town. Fast forward two more years, the same cousin took my grandfathers .22 and decided to target practice. Almost shooting and killing my Grandparent's Neighbor because he didn't target practice in the same spot that WE ALWAYS target practiced. My point is Video Games are not the reason for the violence and shootings at school. Movies are the not reason for the violence and the shootings at school. PARENTS who don't teach their kids how to act with GUNS or around GUNS. PARENTS who allow their 5 year old to play a game that is meant for ADULTS and NOT explain to them THAT what is going on in the game DOES NOT HAPPEN IN REAL LIFE example re-spawning after being killed in a game or movie. PARENTS that are so scared to talk to their kids about the things on T.V, MOVIES, and VIDEO GAMES to make sure that the kids understand that those things are not real. THAT in REAL LIFE people DIE when SHOT. PARENTS that don't take RESPONSIBILITY and DON"T EDUCATE THEIR children about guns. THAT my friends is the reason for all the violence and shootings in schools and every where else. PEOPLE can blame the games and movies all they want but it WILL NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM!

Not that I'm a fucking fan of Joe Biden, but I'd like to address this idea that your quality as a legislator is entirely dependent on how many 'gaffes' you've uttered. This is such complete fucking nonsense, it drives me crazy. I don't think it started in the Bush administration, but this idea that someone's governance and the quality of their ideas is entirely dependent on whether or not they have said something silly is horseshit. It's like judging a plumber how clean their uniform is rather than whether or not they fixed the fucking sink. If what you judge your elected officials on is their ability to not put their foot in their mouth, you're just filling up the cabinets with politicians and showmen rather than legislators and workers. If you had a game publisher and hired a guy with nothing but PR training to be CEO, I bet people would like you more but you sure as fuck wouldn't know how to produce anything.
