I don't think it's just my connection inexplicably sucking because when I actually get a match going, everything runs buttery smooth, but it can take upwards of ten minutes of searching for games, failing, searching for other games, failing, finding a game, searching for other players, etc., before I get into a single game. 
 
Is this just me, or is the PS3 version janked somehow?

I played earlier today for the first time and didn't really have any problems getting a match. Manhunt took longer than Wanted to find a match, but overall it wasn't too bad.

No, it works almost every time for me. I just mostly click on the play now option, I don't create my own match or anything like that. It's a bit random, however I had no problems with it.

Great, it sounds like something's wrong on this end, then. 
 
Oh, and just now, I got into a Wanted game where I never received a target, the indicator just stayed with the ? that's only supposed to show up for a second. This made it impossible for me to score any points. Forget that noise.

I've been having major problems too, I didn't have any problems at release.

I've played like 5 matches so far, and the first 2 took me 30 minutes each to get into.  It seems to work much better if you just hit "play now".  I goddamn love this game though when I get in.

I was having some issues yesterday (games taking a while to start), but today I just had 5 straight quick connects.

I definitely have been having issues. Maybe I'll try hitting play now. Some games take like 25 minutes to get in.

Never had an issue ever. The problem is probably between the operator and the controller.

same, and all I get is alliance, which I hate, half of it is soooo boring 
 
I wish it was more accessible as I find it quite a spiffing good time

I haven't really had any issues with it. No more than a few minutes to connect to a match. If anyone wants to add me and play a game sometime though, I'd be more than happy to:
