    Overview

    The Ezio Collection focuses on the franchises most popular protagonist Ezio Auditore Da Firenze and his life's journey through the three games (and all of the respective DLC) he appears in and two short films.

    History

    In March 2016, Ubisoft announced that they would be:

    "...stepping back and re-examining the Assassin’s Creed franchise. As a result, we’ve decided that there will not be a new Assassin’s Creed game in 2016."

    It was believed that there would not be an Assassin's Creed game released for home consoles in 2016 and that the upcoming film would be the only Assassin's related content being released in the latter part of the year. That was until rumours and leaks began to confirm the existence of the Ezio Collection.

    In September 2016 Ubisoft confirmed that The Ezio Collection was indeed real and would be released November 2016 on Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
