    Barcode Battler Enhanced

    Concept »

Super Famicom games that received enhanced functionality when combined with Epoch's Barcode Battler II device.

    Short summary describing this concept.

    Overview

The following is a list of games that were enhanced in some way by using the Barcode Battler device, which could be hooked up to the Super Famicom via a device that was bundled with Conveni Wars Barcode Battler Senki: Super Senshi Shutsugeki Seyo! and also sold separately. Should a player scan certain codes through the device while playing these games, it would provide additional functions like adding generated characters to the game.

Epoch were responsible for the Barcode Battler and also published a fair number of Super Famicom games, using their friendly relationship with Nintendo to find ways to combine the two.
