    I shoot somebody with a sniper rifle, a cloud of blood purs out, and I hear, "You messed with the wrong mother-fucker today!" And when I die, I also hear  "Son of a bitch!" alot.

    O.K, who's bribing the ESRB? Because the game doesn't say it has blood, just violence, language, and other stuff. (Which should be enough for a "M" anyway.)

    It doesn't.  It doesn't have an official ESRB rating yet.  It is erroneously listed as a T for Teen on the GB DB.  Be sure that it will receive an M for Mature.

    As far as I can tell it's still Rating Pending. You can bet it's going to be rated "M", though.

    Well it's not even rated yet although I'm confident that this game will get an M rating when it's released.

    It will be M its RP now. And why do you even care about the rating?

    I hope they take out the cussing so that I can enjoy the game without vulgarity.

    A better question is why do you really care what the game is rated? Unless you somehow feel better that you are playing an M-rated game...

    Smart ass...

    And on Giantbomb it says the game is rated T, and one of the devs says in an interview, "Since it's a Battlefield game, it will be rated T."

    I just don't think it's right the a game can't get an "M" rating just because of what franchise it's part of. Who knows, maybe it will be an "M" rated game.

    You sure you're not looking at the first one? That one got a Teen rating simply because there was no blood and, though the cursing was harsh, it was a rare thing to hear. The second one is still at Rating Pending, and isn't even listed on the ESRB website yet.

    @Driadon:
    It was listed on Giantbomb's website though, and as I said above, a dev said in an interview it would be a T rating. I will post a link to the video in a minute, check back if you like.

    It is M. Bad Company 2 is the first battlefield game to have blood in it.

    If you have been watching the videos they release, the blood seemed to be something they added, aswell as the increased cursing and stuff like that. I am sure they were aiming for T sometime in development, but they clearly changed their goal somewhere along the line.

    Er... how does the cursing imply it to be for adults only? Because it's a videogame?
