    I'd help but I only have the ps3 version sadly. Got plenty of experience with that oversized crab, too. Solo-ed him with my Lilith =P

    Okay, well that went super pooorly. Man i hate hackers so much. Random dude comes in and somehow managed to kill crawmerax in about a minute. This is why i usually play borderlands solo. It is a great game and its not the game's fault that people cheat but damn it wrecks the fun.

    @Gr33nt00tz:  yeah its not your fault (gotta make those games private, though!!). The shitty thing is now you can never legitimately kill him for the quest credit. He's repeatable though. I dashboarded so i think i might have lost the gun proficiency progress that i shouldnt have earned. I think if you dashboarded out pretty fast you could voluntarily lose the quest progress, but not the achievement.  I would say you shouldn't probably pick up or use any guns from that kill though cause if you do it encourages hackers in public games who i guess think they are impressing people with their prowess or something?
     
    The worst thing that can happen is you start a new character, a high level dude comes in, kills crawmerax or the vault boss and force-feeds you new character about 25 instantaneous levels and destroys your legitimacy even though you didnt participate in the shenanigans. We are already max level so at least that can't happen.
