    So i think we are all super pumped for this game but as someone who has really bad internet connection alot of time i play games by myself. does this worth buying if i plan to play alot of it by my self?

    also you can play split screen with a friend if connection is an issue

    If you don't mind playing alone, for me though the best part of the game will be playing with friends.

    I have the same problem. Except that instead of a bad connection, I have no friends. But both you and I know that Borderlands will be FUCKING AWESOME both single and multiplayer.

    I think the game will still be really good, but I have no idea if I would enjoy it nearly as much if I was playing alone and not co-op with friends.

    Anyways, I'm sure the single player will be just fine, but as someone pointed out above, the game will feature split-screen capabilities, and all of that character progress carries over to both single and multiplayer.  Even better, I'm to understand that even with a bad connection, you won't get nearly as many problems with the game online as many other games have happen with them.  Don't know the specifics, but that's what the rumor is.  =  /
