Met on the planet of Barracus in the Gemini System, this powerful crime syndicate controls just about every aspect in every city and has citizens under their iron fist. Not afraid of violence, there are rumors that they perform heinous crimes and that has everyone running in fear of them. They're also known to shoot on sight and ask questions later. In true Film Noir style, all the criminals, except for a local boss, have a thick Italian accent, sort of like Chief Wiggum or Joe Pesci. They trade in all sorts of illegal matters and are currently searching for "juice" meds that have been stolen from their shipment. They presume that the shipment is still somewhere around the planet of Barracus. But they also have to look out for a cop named Azriel Odin, which is said to be investigating their syndicate and killing their men.
