    So with version 1.6 of Paradise downloaded, can I safely delete the old packs like the motorcycle pack?

    I don't think so, that title update was for tweaks and other new updates.

    You can't even download the previous updates anymore, and the 1.6 update was 1/4 to 1/3 smaller than the 360's. I think it's safe to assume the new update includes all previous updates.

    Yes you can delete the old downloadable packs after you get the new one.
