@ElBarto: You're out of your bloody mind. Maches would end a minute or two after they started cuz some fucker got the tac nuke and instantly used it. Black Ops also has a better single player campaign where things are at least somewhat sensible (if hokey) as far as the story goes.
@CL60 said:Mw2 had some serious issues. Alot of odd bugs, unbalanced and tiresome gameplay and stupid killstreaks that were too effective.@Mikemcn said:This man speaks the truth.@ElBartoNonsense indeed, MW2 multiplayer is just a clusterfuck of broken garbage.@Mikemcn said:NonsenseIts easily the best COD game since 4. (Multiplayer at least.)CoD 4 > MW2 > Black Ops Multiplayer
my computer still has framerate problems with the game. Very bad port optimization. Witcher 2 and Crysis 1 & 2 run way better than this game on my Core2Quad 2.4ghz and gtx 480.Sounds like personal issues, my GTX 280 and Q9550 handles it fine (even at stock 2.83)
@DystopiaX: Well, you'll be able to play it when the weekend's done at least. :) @ElBarto: You're out of your bloody mind. Black Ops also has a better single player campaign where things are at least somewhat sensible (if hokey) as far as the story goes.I actually just played the BLOPS single player and disliked it, thought MW2 was much better just gameplay wise. Way too much talking and walking slowly from one place to another while characters talk; there literally are whole levels which are just characters talking. Cutscenes are unskippable, which is a bummer since I really don't give a shit about the story. Since I had to sit through it, I do agree it was fine even though I saw the twist coming in like the 5th level. There are actual holes in the gameplay; in one level I could literally see the enemies pop in, and the worst part was they'd only do so after I advanced past a certain point in a corridor and I couldn't shoot them fast enough before dying, I ended up backing up in the corridor and sprinting as soon as I knew I hit the trigger. There's also a couple too many of those slow-mo "the character just died but not really!" moments for my taste which just break up the action too much, I just want to be dropped in the single player, listen to the somewhat stupid but adequate explanation of why I'm shooting dudes, and then let free to advance through the level to shoot dudes and occasionally see ridiculous things happen.
I can agree that the killstreaks were a little to much in MW2 the majority of the core game was much better.
Black Ops has terrible hit detection, a clear tier list of guns which wasn't really the case in MW2 where most guns were on par with one another with the exception of a few, the map design is Black Ops is so bad. The spawning system is awful; I can't tell you how many times I had people spawn right behind me. Pistols are almost effectively useless in the game, the poor map design basically makes sniper rifles pointless as you can pretty much still kill people effectively with your rifle from anywhere, and there are hardly any exceptions to this in any map.
