The seventh installment of the long-running action franchise, Call of Duty: Black Ops puts players into the early era of the Cold War (including the Vietnam War) as a member of the United States black operations unit known as the SOG.
Mad Catz looks like it's set to once again flood stores with peripherals for Call of Duty.
A tweet from online retailer, Game Gears has revealed that Call of Duty: Black Ops will get a total of NINE peripherals.
Although further details were not provided it was announced earlier this year that Mad Catz has extended its licensing agreement with Activision and will continue to make peripherals for the next Call of Duty game.
Judging from its Modern Warfare 2 offerings it doesn't take a genius to guess there will probably be combat controllers, throat mics and themed decals for your console of choice.
The idea of a Wii remote with more conveniently placed/designed +/-/1/2/D-Pad buttons is very welcome. Although I cannot imagine the person who is enough of a CoD nerd to buy such peripherals yet does not get the game on the HD consoles.
I could see myself getting a serious hand injury from that mouse. The Wii stuff made me laugh.... MadCatz helping you gain an edge...on the Wii... by the way i recently traded a wireless controller for the MW2 madcatz wired controller (for pc stuff)... what i piece of junk.
