Gamer and games industry veteran Chris Lee has successfully managed and delivered creative marketing programs for blockbuster franchises like Halo, Need for Speed, Age of Empires, and Aion at companies including Electronic Arts, Microsoft, and NCsoft. As Publishing VP at En Masse Entertainment, Lee is responsible for overseeing publishing, business development, and marketing, and has big plans to create a global presence for En Masse and its inaugural MMO project, TERA.

Lee’s ten-year track record reflects a portfolio of multi-million-unit sellers: The Need for Speed franchise has sold over 100 million units to date, earning over $2.7 billion in revenue; Aion helped to establish NCsoft’s western position as it gained over 400,000 pre-orders prior to its release in fall 2009; and Lee managed the team that launched Halo 3, one of the biggest entertainment launches in US history with $170 million in sales on day one and over 10 million units of lifetime sales on a single platform.
