Nobunaga Oda was a powerful lord during Japan's Sengoku period. He appears frequently in historically-themed games as a villain.
Ieyasu Tokugawa was a warlord of feudal Japan. He managed to unify the land under his banner, leading to a lasting peace and bringing an end to the Warring States Period.
The One Eyed Dragon. A general of the Sengoku period or "Warring States" period in Japan. Known for his distinct crescent helmet and for lacking his right eye.
Musashi Miyamoto was a legendary Japanese swordsman who was incredibly formidable on the battlefield. He is most known for winning a swordfight with an oar and inventing the concept of dual-wielding.
A legendary strategist and daimyo in feudal Japan. Enemies with Oda Nobunaga. He has appeared in the Samurai Warriors series, both Warriors Orochi titles and a few other games.
A legendary thief of the Sengoku era that has been featured in games such as the Samurai Warriors series.
A Japanese warlord that first served loyally under Nobunaga Oda, and then successfully led his forces to unite Japan after Oda's death.
One of Japan's best soldiers during the Warring States Period. He is also the poster boy of the Samurai Warriors series
Kojirō Sasaki was a a samurai who lived in the early 1600s. He was killed in a duel with Musashi Miyamoto.
Yagyū Jūbei Mitsuyoshi was a famous samurai who lived in the 1600s. Not to be confused with the Onimusha character Jubei Yagyu.
The leader of the Mori clan during the Warring States period of Japan. He allied with other warlords to fight the Oda clan.
