I downloaded the new Toy Box DLC today, loaded it up and tried playing the campaign. First thing first - get the achievements. I went for the one where you have to soar over 500 meters using the new booster boots (which are awesome) and the glide suit. I managed to get to the allotted height and the announcer tells me I got the achievement, but nothing popped. 
 
Now the announcer won't stop making a speech about getting that achievement, and I can't get any others. 
I checked the forums and people that downloaded it can't physically play the game, as it loads their 360's crash.  
 
Worst DLC of the year? Yep. 
 
  

It's fixed as of around now or a few minutes ago.   go ahead and delete your old Toy Box DLC and re-download the new one.  As you may notice it's different in MB size.

I have to assume its Microsoft's way of letting you know that you fucked up again by buying this DLC for the game. :)
