I just watched the Crysis 2 Quick look and it looks to have a bad framerate, can anyone who has played it confirm/deny this?

Well it's the 360 version which the developers have said that they have had trouble working on the system (I believe). It might or might not be fixed before launch.

Or it might just be the video. The frame rate was a little bit janky in the Bulletstorm Quick Look as well from my end.

I saw some elements of frame-rate slowdown, however best wait for some better informed opinions from people playing the demo. Would love to be a little more valid, however I'd likely end up playing it on the PC, where I believe there is no demo for it yet.

Same here, saw no problem whatsoever. Don't know if it matters what resolution you watch the videos in (I always watch in HD)? Was actually surprised at the good framerate considering it was a console version. I'm just judging from the video though, since I haven't bothered to download the demo myself, so I could be terribly wrong of course.

Yes very correct, in detail a video can be 30 fps or less and a game usually aims for above 30fps - 60fps.

The game will be 30 frames or less with no VSYNC on consoles. It's CryEngine3 shoe-horned into out of date, under CPU powered, RAM starved machines. Don't fool yourselves. It will still look impressive nonetheless.
