Still slated for the February 2014 release. Still not quite sure what the gameplay exactly is from the trailer, but that's good since I've kept myself in the dark until now and I'm not going to try to elucidate the matter for myself until I actually get the game.

The dubbed voices sound good enough.

Seeing how people like to compare "Social Links" with some systems in this game, sure.

Excellent, I can't wait for this. I always wanted to play it on PSP.

@fluxwavez Thanks for always keeping me up to date with strange Japanese videogames.

Ha, for some reason those seem to be the games that interest me the most.

@marz: I think Monokuma's voice fits pretty well. The Japanese VA is most well-known for Doraemon, a popular children's cartoon character. It's supposed to create concern for the viewer, hearing a cute voice come from such a hostile character.

Personally I'm more unhappy about the fact that they didn't translate Monokuma to Monobear. The Japanese name is a pun on the fact that "Monokuma" sounds a lot like the Japanese word for "monochrome." The pun doesn't work so well in English. There's also precedent for translation of "kuma": in Japan, the Persona 4 character Teddie is named Kuma since his speech is laced with the honorific "-kuma."
