Interesting. Is this an early boss? It can be pretty hard to judge a boss in a Souls game by just watching someone play and without knowing the intricacies of the battle but it seems pretty easy. The Mirror Knight doesn't appear to be very aggressive.

@superwristbands: The original Dark Souls demos were mostly Undead Parish so its a fair bet that it is early game or so.

@superwristbands: The Mirror Knight also summons another player to fight you.

Oooh! That could be an actual person? I thought it was just a mirror image of your character controlled by the AI. I take it back if that is the case. That's fucked and I already hate it. Sounds like a good Souls fight.

Yes, it will be a real player character that gets summoned to fight you. I'm curious to know if you get summoned with your own build to fight with the boss or if there is a preset built for you to take over. I'm also wondering what the game does to prevent you from throwing the fight and let the other guy kill you. I'm sure it wont really happen (people don't generally suicide when they invade another player's world), but maybe there is some kind of timer that forces you to fight the other player or you're sent away.

Wow.... after reading so much about how hard the Mirror Knight is... He looks so easy :| ..... He's so slow..... His attack patern reminds me of the Prowling Demon but with a shield.. Well I'll make him suffer greatly March 14th :D

Dark souls bosses almost always seem hard at first, but are child's play when you memorize their patterns. The fun is figuring it out and conquering the seemingly unconquerable.

    I can't wait for March 2014!

This made me laugh more than it should have!

Also yeah, he looks kind of easy. Super slow and very predictable move set. Hoping he will prove me wrong though =D

@froztken: As with everything Souls related, the challenge is always overhyped.

Neckbeard was slashing at the SHIELD whenever he should have went around and starting shanking the mofo from the back. And the boss's recovery frames after each swing are exactly like the stone golems or whatever they are called in Dark Souls.

Or maybe he really was having trouble with a crappy controller. Who knows! Maybe neckbeard is telling the truth!

I wonder how they'll handle the human element in offline mode. If there is one. Maybe they'll be replaced by an erratic AI.
