Alright, I'm having some trouble with the robot mini-boss in the Black Tower. Hope someone can help.

Ok, so I've managed to take him down after smacking into his brain three times using the portals to get a flying start. However, now he has the red B button icon over his head but it's greyed out. Namely I can't activate it. So, he's sitting there in the middle of the arena ready to be finished off but I can't seem to figure out how. Someone please drop me the answer as to how I kill this thing.

Make sure you're behind him. I think the finisher won't activate unless you're in the right spot.

I finally managed to pull it off by using the portal to pop up right beside him and hit it as I was flying past. That was the only way I could manage to get it to activate. Don't know if it was bugged or if I just wasn't standing in quite the right position.

yeah as jeff said you have to be right behind him for you to activate the finisher on the robots
