It's another zombie apocalypse: bring a friend 0

There's no denying that the game industry is pretty saturated with the "living dead" right now. With the Call of Duty  "Zombie Nazi" modes, Left 4 Dead, Dead Rising, and Rockstar's Undead Nightmare pack for Red Dead Redemption all making a showing, Housemarque was going to have a tough time marketing yet another zombie game in a sea of the undead. Coming from the team that made Super Stardust HD, it's no surprise that Dead Nation is a success and a must have for any PS3 owner.  The basic premise...

    I Love Action RPG's! 1

Sure this is simple Action RPG but there is some LOVE put into this game.   -Great graphics -Simple mindless run and gun (good)-Varied Weapons  -Fun RPG element-$15  I am biased towards Action RPG, but still I thought this was at least a 3 star game.  I would give it 4 stars because I love the genre.    ...

dead nation is for me one of the best if not the best psn title. i am a great fun of giant bomb but to give such a low review? the game is dark because it gives you the sense of fear.   but dual-joystick shooters are all about brightly colored entities moving in obvious contrast to the background" this isn't stardust hd. i urge people to look at this game.  i think it's a gem. i still haven't played online but looking forward to co-op....

Despite the game's excellent production values and taught pacing, I could not shake a certain feeling the entire time I played the game. At first, I couldn't quite put a finger on it. But as waves of zombies and special infected...

Dead Nation is a pretty good game, despite a few issues. 0

Thanks to the Sony "Welcome Back" program, I got my hands on Dead Nation. So, thanks Sony.   But let's get down to the review. Dead Nation is a dual-joystick shooter set in it's own variation of the zombie apocalypse. Though that description doesn't really sound all that interesting, Dead Nation is actually a pretty good game, save for a few issues. First I will note all of the things I enjoyed while playing Dead Nation.  The shooting itself, while not exactly revolutionary, is still pretty tigh...
