Just dl the game it works on 1g and up, looks amazing in retina on touch 4/iphone4/ipad 12 levels about a 6-8 hour game...takes place before dead space 2 begins and on the sprawl.  one of the best hand held games on the idevice ive played...also if you register it you get a power node and a special item in your dead space 2 for console/pc versions. (still trying to figure out what that item is) cant get the game till payday thursday.   Its dead space portable its like having the console version in your pocket.... 

Man screenshots alone make this look pretty cool. How does it control? That's always the question. Also fuck the fact that they keep making me buy things on iPhone and iPad separately. Apple gave you the option to make universal apps, so make 'em. 

the controls are actually pretty darn sweet... no buttons on the screen, so it  looks just like the console version.... theirs a nice tutorial in the beginning you slide thumb on the dude to move up and down and left right for side to side , then on right side of screen you use your thumb to free look... really good controls tho took me few mins to get used too i do alot of gaming on my touch4 just some great games on the device from indy devs... 

This game is shockingly good - it's Dead Space. On your phone. 
 
It looks gorgeous and the sound design is up to par with the console version (though the voice acting is a bit sketchy). It feels like they slowed down the creatures a bit for the sake of control, but the feel of the game is right on. Also, health is regenerating so there's less inventory management - though ammo is still extremely limited. But yeah, everything is in there from the console games - the dismemberment, the upgrade system, the weapons, stasis and TK, all of it.

It is really a good looking game. I just downloaded it and played the first chapter. Also not so expensive. No GameCenter support though I think.

I'm hearing a ton of good things about this game, but I'm waiting for the inevitable sale. I don't play games on my iPhone a ton so I don't like paying much for them.

Probably going to wait till they drop it to 99 cents since I probably won't play Dead Space 2 till summer. Great to hear that it is good though.

Well you have to register to Ea site to get the unlocks.. i did that but i dont know how to redeem !!! it not showing up in the pop menu at all ! help ! also the game is good it actually made me jump lol
