As if day one DLC wasn't weird and tacky enough, how about DLC before the release of the actual retail title O.o. 
 
Up on PSN (and Live I expect, probably put up even earlier infact) now has available the free Dead to Rights Retribution game packs ''Jack Pack annd the ''Shadow Pack'' which gives players some extra equipment to help bolster Jack and his faithful companion, Shadow, equipment with improved body armor and weapons.

 
Cool I guess, too bad they're completely useless for another 6-7 days. 
 
So just...what?? Is this some sort of last minute promotion I wonder? A scheduling error? Or is this all apart of a much larger scheme involving brainwashing?
