Despite taking my time throughout the game, I've managed to miss all of Emily's side missions. Which chapter/episode is best to complete these side missions in? I'm looking for a really short chapter that still gives me plenty of time to completely Emily's side missions. Also, it'd be nice if this same chapter/episode would allow me to complete the radio side mission. I have the flower, but I'm too far into the game to deliver it without replaying a chapter/episode.

I did them during chapter 2.

Where is this side mission initiated, anyway? Is it at Emily's house? Reason being, I've waited around all day and haven't had an opportunity to trigger the side mission. I was trying to do it during chapter two.

It's at Emily's house and it's late at night around 10-11:30.

I think it may need to be raining as well. "

It is possible in chapter 2 because that's when I did it. But it probably does need to be raining. Sorry I forgot about that.

Is the rain random or does it somehow coincide with parts of the storyline? Reason being, maybe I can find another chapter in which I can do this quest AND it happens to be raining. I'm trying to think of a short chapter in which it's raining... "
