I'd watch them in Numerical order, alternating between the Vinny/Jeff and Brad/Ryan runs as you go.  Seeing them play through many sections of the game side-by-side could be boring for some, of course, but a lot of the fun I had with it was seeing the two teams vary wildly in their approaches to different areas in the game, and seeing which parts they tackled in the same manner.
Also, it makes it seem like a race, and it's fun to see each team take and lose the lead.
