This is for people who have finished the game or watched it being played in its entirety; it's just another DP-related thing for people to read after they've done all they can do with the game, or just want to see the story retold in a slightly new perspective.  Alternatively you could think of it as being similar to another playthrough, without the tedious combat missions.  Liberties will be taken with the plot, of course, because the written word is very different from playing a game, but in both cases it's all about the characters.
WARNING: Somewhat graphic descriptions of bloody muppet-mouths and writhing housewives abound!  Also, in the second chapter, a family of squirrels almost gets squished by a car.

Ha ha, I know what you mean.  I just use it for convenience sake now; I don't really browse the stories all that much.  Was never really into HP fics, though...  You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy than FF.net.
