    The Earlier publisher of Duke Nukem Forever, Take Two, are now going to court against 3D realms, who has spent the last 12 years in development without getteing the game on the shelfs.
    Take Take two has invested 12 million dollar in the game and now they are sueing Apogee software Ltd ( the legal name of 3D realms.)
    Your thoughts?
