    Overview

    Dye is a color-based platformer that was released on Steam in 2017. The player, as Hue, must restore the world's coloration by rescuing Pigments and defeating the Necrolight bosses.

    The player collects "dust" across a series of nine stages per world, with each milestone of 20 freeing a new Pigment and restoring one of five colors to the world. Each world also has four challenge levels and a boss fight at the end. The game has a choice of difficulty levels, the highest of which removes checkpointing and adds more hazards besides.
