I've played as Sweden two times and the same thing always happens. Courland declares war on me, I win and get Courland. A few turns later Prussia comes to me with an offer; I will get a sum of money, technology and East Prussa if I give Prussia Courland. I accept. Mostly becuase of the technology, which usualy is the "spinning Jenny".
All is good, but a few turns later Prussia comes to me with another offer; I give away East Prussia and I get Courland and a sum of money. If I accept, the same thing will happen only a few turns later, and it will go on like this forever.
If I dont accept, Prussia will try to offer me all kinds of things for many turns to come.
Why cant the AI playing Prussia decide? Or is this part of "history" and its a scripted behaviour.
