    Hello,dudes and readers! 
     
    Today i started a new game on fallout 3,and well things were going well,went to megaton,did the ''Survival Guide'' quest,i detonated landmines and got irritaded by rads.Then for last,i had to go to the Super-Duper mart to get food.Thats where the trouble began.I killed some Hitmans and Centuars outside,had low on health,had some Med-X and Stimpak and Nuka-Cola,then i went in.I took the hunting rifle took on V.A.T.S,and.....WHOOP DHA FUCKING DOO! I cant fire!When i turn on V.A.T.S,aim at bodyparts,press the qualifed button,and he wont fire!And without V.A.T.S he fires once,then i gotta wait 6 seconds til he can shoot again! 
     
     
    Does anyone know the silaution or have the same problem? 
     
     
    I know i can post in Bug Reporting,but i will post it there,but i post it here first for the fellow GB members opinion.

    @djz: You have to wait till your AP points come back( thats what you need to use vats). 
    Until than you cant use vats, it isnt a bug.
