I prefer Wayne Newton over him any day

Did anyone find Three Dog annoying
DUDE ITS THREE DOG *AWEWOOOOOOOO*.
or
CHILLLLLLLLLLLLDRREEEEN
there is nothing to hate about Three Dog
" In terms of voice acting, Wayne Newton is way, way, way better Three-dog's voice actor. Mr. New Vegas sounds like a real radio host. But personality-wise, Three-Dog was better developed than Mr. New Vegas, IMO. "My thoughts exactly. Personality goes to Three-Dog, voice acting to Mr. New Vegas.
AWWOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Mister New Vegas was highly entertaining for the twenty minutes of dialogue Wayne Newton recorded, but Three Dog had more of a lasting impression due to him being more involved with the story and generally keeping tabs on the player's progress. Mister New Vegas just repeated himself way too much, and never really had anything to say that could be considered insightful.
So, I guess I prefer Three Dog.
Since I watched the human centipede, every time I hear about three dog I think drei hund...
Three dog wasn't annoying, he made rambling the wastelands more entertaining.
Hell yes. I hated almost every single character in that game. So damn obnoxious. The only people I liked were Fawkes, The President, that vampire gang leader, and maybe the leader of those Tennpenny Sewer Ghouls.
Edit: The father (James?) wasn't bad, either.
" @FunExplosions: May I ask why you found the characters in Fallout 3 generally obnoxious? "Loud, overly cartoonish, and bad voice-work. I felt that the developers thought that the way to give characters personalities was to make them as funny and cartoonish as possible. They missed the simple fact that personalities are derived from learning the backgrounds of the characters and embracing their unique nuances, not by being assaulted with snide puns, self-aware douchiness, and quirky speaking patterns.
Yeah he sucks. Which makes him a more accurate morning DJ depiction than Mr. New Vegas. Its like comparing Opee and Anthony to Casey Kasum. I wanted more lines from Mr. New Vegas but that's only because I liked it so much. 3 Dawg's persona, in summation. "3 Dawg here, so I hear *insert quest thing you did*, keep it smooth vault 101, yeeah". No thanks. I know it'd be a lot of work but I'd dig it if they did an AM radio type station in the next game. As much as I appreciate Dean Martin and the fuckin 6 other songs total they play on any given station.
" @KingWilly said:fair points. I feel that the cartoony nature of Fallout 3 was part of its appeal. The games have always been as goofy as they were grim - albeit handled with more subtlety in the first two titles." @FunExplosions: May I ask why you found the characters in Fallout 3 generally obnoxious? It's kind of the GTA sickness, where every passing billboard is some smarmy fake advertisement that borrows the jokes of someone's 5 year-old standup routine.
That said, I dunno, I feel like the first time I stepped out into the Capital Wasteland, I was hit with this overwhelming depression. It was a destroyed world and it was so brutal and vicious I felt that the goofy nature of most characters and the levity of it all was a welcomed reprieve from the harsh reality of what was going on. That said, Fallout 3 could've definitely used some "grit" as it were.

DUDE!!! Three Dog was Awesome!! I still haven't played NV yet, so I can't compare them. But man, that guy helped me get through areas when I was feeling a little stressed...
i don't mind three dog since he seems to say more than 5 phrases and play more than 3 songs.
if i ever find mr.new vegas i swear to god i'm going to shove a big iron up his ass.
I haven't played New Vegas yet but I liked Three Dog
I just didn't like how often it looped the same thing
but that aint Three Dog's fault
