    sweet coz i was on this quest where you have to find this NCR ranger and get rid of him and im like "YES i hope he has this awsome armor" and then i get to him and he is wearing ranger combat armor witch is basically combat armor but NCR style and a fucking cowboy hat LOL
     
    btw how do you get to the page to subscribe to giant bomb?

    There's a dude wearing it at camp Forlorn Hope. It's an NCR disguise though, which can be annoying.

    Click on your account name in the top-right and go to Multi-pass. Then select "Upgrade?" in the top-left.

    @kagato:  It has no extra effects. Good DT (20) for it's weight (30), though.
