    Overview

    Flametail (known in Europe as Trailblaze: Puzzle Incinerator and in Japan as Moyasu Puzzle: Flametail, loosely translated to "Burning Puzzle: Flametail") is a turn-based puzzle game developed by Mindware and published digitally by Nintendo for the Nintendo DS (as a DSiWare title) in Japan (on January 27, 2010), North America (on June 7, 2010), and Europe (on September 10, 2010).

    Based on the studio's earlier "Square" mini-game in the 2008 Wii game Maboshi's Arcade, Flametail has players controlling the titular "Flametail": a spaceship with a flaming tail. Their objective is to control the ship (similar to "snake games") in a turn-based fashion and have their tail ignite space debris while avoiding being trapped.
