Selling a product that uses Giant Bomb

I'm developing a product that I want to eventually sell, and at this moment the product uses the Giant Bomb API to scrape information about games.
However the information scraping is not the actual purpose of the product.
It's basically a game sorter/organizer, with the added bonus of information scraping.
It clearly shows where the information is coming from (Giant Bomb) via both a logo and text.

Would it be okay to sell something like this?
And if not, how about if the Giant Bomb scraper is an optional free open-source plugin you can download?
