If you don't understand why this is here, listen to the latest Bombcast.  While I do love me some Public Enemy, I personally feel 36 Chambers is the ONLY Wu album worth listening to, but the album itself is flawless.  On the PE side of things, Nation of Millions isn't even my favorite PE album.  That would have to be Apocalypse 91... The Enemy Strikes Black.

If I was voting on my favorite artist out of both, it would be PE by a landslide.  Wu-Tang hasn't done much worthwhile--with each other, at least--since their debut.  As for this poll, I had to go with 36 Chambers.

I'm no fan of rap, but I do appreciate Public Enemy, and It Takes a Nation of Millions is a very fine album.
