petition for old theme back

love the show, but was curious who else out there feels the new theme just does not fit the cast. Post in here if you think the old theme was far superior to the new 70's cop style thme

It'd be much worse if the theme never changed at all. I certainly do like the old one better, but I'm all for changing it up every now and then.

I liked the old picture and intro song better.

I like the new one better. I hope they stick with the continuing change. Gets stale otherwise.

who cares about the 10 seconds of sound at the start of the pod cast seriously?

I liked the old, old theme best of all, but this really doesn't matter. As long as they keep making Bombcasts, I'll keep listening.

i agree with most of the others in this thread:  i like the old song better, but the new one doesn't bother me and i appreciate that they made the effort to change things up.

I just want them to fix the eye-searing red and neon green used to highlight menu items (as when you're looking at this thread it highlights "bombcast" in the menu to the left) and to show if people are online or whatever...

I liked it the first few times but I dig the electronic bass-ey sound of the previous intro, it seems so much more 'giant bomb' to me.

just a bit of clarification: not serious about the petition thing, just figured an inflammatory title would garner more attention :) 
 
would never boycott the show (or anything really, the last time a boycott had any effect a whole belt of southern states stopped using certain buses)

I'm cool with them changing it up yearly or so. New ones got a nice vibe to it. Maybe a 70s porno vibe, but a vibe nonetheless.

Really love the current theme. Favourite one they've had is the mighty Christmas version with violin playing: sounded almost soaring.

The sonic spinball-sounding theme is by far the best.

If were going to go back to a new theme let's go back to the arrow pointing down Fletch theme.

Which old one? This is their third intro song (fourth if you count Arrow Pointing Down).
 
I think the pattern is they change it every year around February. If you don't like this one, you'll only have to wait ten more months!

I have to admit, I do like the old one better. New one is neat but it lost that "game" feel to it. And for the record I really like the intermission music, I have to hum with it every time.

I love the new theme. A lot better than the old one. But the very first theme they used is my fav. I loved that one.

I don't mind the new picture but I do prefer the old theme.

It's grown on me. I used to hate it.

I don't care, I only hear it twice a week. Plus I kinda like it, but it needs more search chopper effects.
