Blocked mixed content on membership upgrade page (HTTPS)

Hey top men and top ladies,

Was just browsing around the site when I came across the membership upgrade/apply page.

Firefox 23 and later now blocks mixed active content by default and the membership page has a few items that are blocked due to this change and thus break the layout of the page.

@kmg90: Which page specifically are you having issues with? Can you take a screenshot of it? They all look fine to me in FF 23.0.1.
