Can't Login to Comic Vine

I recently purchased the year membership here on Giant Bomb and was hoping to go over and check out Comic Vine, but it won't let me login (I login using my Twitter account - it just gives me a message that says "oops something must've gone wrong" when I try on Comic Vine.) I don't believe I've ever created an account over there. Any ideas on what might be the issue?

I managed to get around this issue by removing the twitter link from my account and only using e-mail and password to sign in. Both logins worked on GB and on CV. So I guess I'm good to go, although it does mean that... something might be wrong with the Twitter login progress.
