Can't upgrade account

I can't upgrade my account for some reason. For some reason when I get to https://auth.giantbomb.com/billing/, it stops loading and just shows a blank screen, I keep reloading but it still doesn't do anything. I am using Firefox 13.0.1 on Mac OS X.

I get a server error when clicking the billing link.
