I am from Canada and it seems as if there is a problem with me trying to become a premium member? can someone cast some light?
I am having the same problem. After I enter my credit card info and try to move on it says there was an error and someone will look into it. I thought I might have made a mistake so I double checked and tried again but it gave me the same error but when I look at my bank account it has been charged twice. I also emailed the support email.
@jekra: @gaspatchosoup: OK, I hooked you both up and voided any extra charges. Sorry for the trouble. Gaspatchosoup, your account unfortunately won't automatically recur, so if you want to stay a member at the end of your month, you'll probably have to re-sub. Sorry about that!
