No HTML5 option since Chrome 28

I have not been able to choose HTML5 as a video option since Chrome updated for me this morning (see below a video I had watched with HTML5 before the update no longer shows that option).

I am running OS X 10.8.3 and Chrome Version 28.0.1500.20.

Issue does not persist in Safari, so I tried some searching here and elsewhere on the internet to see if this version of Chrome broke HTML5 video, but found nothing.

My HTML5 version on chrome is completely busted. Randomly stops playing during the video then restarts from the beginning.

@devilzrule27: I've had that yeah. Doesn't happen EVERY time I watch a video but it happens enough.

@demoskinos: Used to be infrequent for me, now it's pretty much every video. The only decently reliable player for me has been the youtube link.
