Quote Button Broken

I hit the quote button, it doesn't automatically add that comment to my comment box at the bottom of the page.

I assumed it was an issue with log-in credentials - I logged out and logged in, still doesn't work.

EDIT: Chrome Version 31.0.1650.63 m, Win7 64.

PS I tried the 'edit' function - it showed a blank comment, wouldn't allow me to copy/paste, and when modified it didn't reflect the edit.

@ch3burashka: you should edit your post with your browser version & OS.

Have you tried a different browser or at least clearing your cache? Quoting is working fine on my end and others don't seem to be having issues right now.
