Stream chat room problems in Opera

Not sure if opera is even officially supported here but, the page http://www.giantbomb.com/chat/ doesn't load the twitch stream player on Opera. Loaded up fine on IE. I disabled any extensions for the page, no change. Using latest opera build, any help would be nice as id like to keep using Opera for these types of events. I haven't had any problems with any previous Giant bomb made streamed content, just the streams for CEO and SGDQ. Thanks in advance.

A few months back dropped they support for anything but Chrome, Safari, Firefox and IE11 here is the tread explaining why.
