Not 100% sure what/where the bug is, but I was adding a new release to The Magic Circle. I clicked "Propose a new release" and nothing (ostensibly) happened - the page didn't reload, and I didn't get the usual wiki points popup. I clicked again, assuming my PC hadn't registered the click for some reason, and again nothing happened.
However, I checked the releases list after that, and the release was silently added twice. I also checked my wiki history, and both are shown but listed as pending. This does not seem to be correct - the releases are viewable on the site (checked in an incognito window), and I can usually add new releases without waiting for moderation (because I have >5000 wiki points IIRC)
The edits in question are for The Magic Circle; I was adding the Xbox One (UK) release details.
