This appears in zero games. It appeared on a BILLBOARD in the Halo 2 multiplayer map Headlong, but it's never been a driveable vehicle, or even seen in a HALO game. The screens on there are the result of a Forge glitch where it will sometimes spawn a Warthog without a turret if you manipulate the network right, which is just a glitch.
It's not an item that has appeared in any game, so there shouldn't be a page.
