Delete: Undernage + a bunch of characters

I can't find any viable sources for that this game exists and the only website seems to mention contests of some sort as the main reason. The site has fake covers for DS, PS3 and 360, whilst the main page shows the Apple 2, PC and MAC.  Here's the website: http://undernage.webstarts.com/index.html. 
Also a bunch of Hellsing characters was added recently as characters of the game but I doubt they would be properly licensed in a game like this..

I tried doing some research on this and it seems a little sketchy to me as well. I noticed there was an article about it on wikipedia which has since been deleted also.

This is a tad bit odd.

It looks like it was made by some 19 year old Canadian kid that plans on bringing it to XBL indie games without actually looking at submission guidelines (pretty sure you can't publish games on there with copyrighted characters). It's questionable if he's even going to put anything out, considering his Newgrounds account he's "quit" animating to pursue his writing career (not sure how you can quit something you weren't getting paid for, but ok).

Pretty sure this can be safely deleted, since in his own words:

"Sorry Underworld Series is a deadline and its going to be released on mid or late 2011 so i will take time to learn flash so underworld 3a is going to be released on June 06, 2011"

Kids dream big. Can't really fault them for that, but dreams have no place in a wiki.

And the fact that it seems he doesn't understand what this thread is about and just goes on about promoting the game, also mentioning a contest, shows that this is no more than a fans dream.

From what I gathered it's a flash game that didn't even come out yet, it should be deleted.

Don't be sad Undernage we might see A Hellsing video game franchise announced anytime soon... If the producers finds this game out they might make a Hellsing video game.
