I have it set to ultra at 1080 and have a hard time staying above 50 fps. Wish it was locked at 60! May try to updates some drivers and see if that does this trick.
So the patch... didn't really do anything. There's less stuttering without the CPU affinity and priority tricks on unlocked framerates, but it's still there. And there's a bit more stuttering with the CPU tricks turned on. :(
Today's patch actually made performance slightly worse for me - less big stutters but more micro-stuttering.
I fiddled about for a while and ended up manually setting the framerate to 55 in Nvidia Inspector and the stuttering's all but gone, even in towns. 980ti/4670k/16GB RAM/1080p Ultra (with Fxaa off) and the game settings locked at 60.
Haven't tried the patch myself, but everything I've heard about it sounds like its either done nothing or made it worse. Guess I'm sticking to 30fps for now!
