I found a great keyboard for a Tandy 1000, but the connection interface is 8-pin DIN.  I need an adapter from 8-pin DIN to either serial, PS/2 or USB.  That's regular DIN, NOT Mini-DIN.  I have been searching all around and I don't know if I am just searching for the wrong thing :-(  Please let me know if you have any suggestions - thanks for your help!

That's a highly irregular adapter you're looking for there and you probably wouldn't get even a physical match without some intermediate adapter(s). You might be better off asking on tested.com though. Good luck!
