Amazon having a huge PC download sale today.

Just wanted to let everyone know that Amazon is having some pretty great deals on a bunch of PC games.  I will list a few highlights and might have to pick some up for myself.

I already have most of those, but I highly recommend Darksiders to anyone looking for a game to play over the weekend.

Just a heads up, Deus Ex HR is also on sale on Steam this weekend for the same price.

I'm only missing Payday... but I'd be playing it alone, so I guess it's not really worth the money.

Yeah, amazon is aparently awesome in the us, which is pretty frustrating.

For digital downloads, you can abuse services like Viaddress. You sign up and you get a valid, legal, completely real US address. The way these services work is that you tell Amazon to send the package there, and then the company sends it to you, wherever you are in the world (if you pay the fees, of course). But you can totally punch in that address in your Amazon profile and use it to buy games. I got Sonic Generations and Renegade Ops this way :D

@Doctorchimp: Yes it is, I bought it and it gave me a steam key and i put it into steam no problems.

Oh my god, how did I miss this? I really want to play Deus Ex: Human Revolution. Damn.

@MrKlorox: Why do you need a steamworks key? If it's just that it won't be in steam and that's a killer for you I kind of get it, but Amazon's servers give you a whole lot more bandwidth on downloading games than Steam ever has for me. When I bought Witcher2 from amazon a couple months ago I was drifting between 3-4mb/s compared to Steam's 500-700kb/s. It's actually a better scenario long as you remember it's attached to your amazon account

@Toxeia: Is there a download limit on Amazon? Can I download the game however many times I want on different systems?

Saints Row the Third was also $25. Not the amazing deals we saw shortly after launch ($30 for game and season pass), but still just fine and obviously worth the money at that price.
