Biggest pet-peeves in games?

Great gameplay but a shit story.

Great story but shit gameplay. Also puzzles that are supposed to be inventive, but are just plain frustrating.

Tutorials in which the characters themselves explain what buttons to press. That really rubs me the wrong way, especially if the game tries to be serious. 

A really bad physics engine...

Ezio's cape in assassins creed 2, it flips up when you run and you see the red underside. It pisses me off for some reason.

When a game has bad FPS
Borders= Invisible walls
Has A crappy HUD/UI
Has more then 1 DVD for a game(Glares at 360)
Has a very good story but EVERYTHING else sucks (Graphic, Sound, Game-play, HUD etc)

Game ending, if you don't do it right, escort missions.

When it asks you a thousand times if you are sure you want to save/quit/touch yourself...just really bugs me
