Cant find my companion/husband ANYWHERE. D,:

okay i have a companion and hes also my husband, ive lost him somewhere but i thought hed show up later so i kept playing the game. im supper far now and cant go back, but hes still no where to be found i checked our house where he first came from and everything but NO husband/compaanion and it sucks big balls. >.< someone PLEASEEE tell me what to do to find him...

Honestly, I don't put anything past Bethesda when it comes to jank, or just general lack of tightness. It's a huge world where all sorts of weird ass stuff can go down. I made the mistake of questioning everything in Oblivion...
